Pacific Reps is an independent sales agency representing manufacturers and suppliers across the United States. We build distributor networks, open retail doors, and manage territory growth for brands that need a real presence on the ground.
Pacific Reps operates as a manufacturer's representative agency. We are not a marketplace, not a broker, and not a call center. We are a field sales organization that carries a curated portfolio of producers into the channels where their products actually sell.
Every brand we represent gets a named point of contact, a written territory plan, and a reporting rhythm. We handle the buyer conversations, the samples, the negotiations, and the follow-through that most producers cannot manage from a different time zone.
Six core workstreams. Each one exists because a producer needed it and a buyer responded to it.
Systematic coverage of assigned states and metro areas with scheduled buyer visits and follow-up cycles.
Identification and onboarding of regional distributors and wholesale partners that fit your margin structure.
Getting products onto shelves and into buying systems at regional and national retail chains.
Practical pricing guidance based on real shelf prices, distributor expectations, and competitor positioning.
Booth staffing, lead capture, and post-show follow-up at regional and national industry events.
Ongoing ownership of your most important accounts so relationships do not reset every quarter.
We work best with physical products that have a defined use case, a real price point, and a buyer who can be reached in person.
Tools, fasteners, safety equipment, and maintenance supplies sold through industrial distributors.
Hardware, fixtures, and construction components for contractors, dealers, and regional chains.
Housewares, outdoor, and lifestyle products targeting regional retail and specialty stores.
Shelf-stable and specialty items placed with grocery distributors and independent retail.
Equipment and accessories for the Florida marine market and coastal outdoor retail.
Specialized components and instruments sold to OEMs, integrators, and technical buyers.
We review your product, pricing, target channels, and current coverage. No cost, no obligation.
You receive a written plan: states, channels, target accounts, timeline, and reporting format.
Buyer outreach, samples, presentations, and negotiations begin. You get updates every month.
Quarterly review of orders, margins, and channel performance. We adjust the plan together.
Our office sits in the Tampa Bay metro, one of the busiest distribution corridors in the Southeast. From here we run field coverage into Florida, the Southeast, the Midwest, and national accounts managed remotely with scheduled in-person visits.

Continuous representation work since the agency was founded.
Distributors, retail buyers, and corporate purchasers in our network.
Direct field coverage plus managed national account work.
Brands that stay with Pacific Reps beyond the first year.
You get a sales presence in the United States without hiring, training, and managing a domestic sales team. We carry your line into accounts that would otherwise take years to open.
You get a single point of contact for a curated set of products, with samples, documentation, and pricing handled properly. No chasing overseas suppliers.
Distributors and retail chains work with us because we bring complete product files, clear terms, and a rep who answers the phone after the order is placed.
"They understood our margin structure before the first meeting and brought accounts that actually fit. That is rare in representation."
"Monthly reporting, clear follow-up, and no surprises. The territory plan they wrote in week two is still the plan we use."
"George is direct and practical. If a product will not sell in a channel, he says so instead of wasting a season on it."
A representative sells a producer's products into a defined territory or channel on their behalf. The rep handles buyer meetings, presentations, negotiations, and order follow-up, while the producer handles manufacturing, shipping, and invoicing.
Most engagements are commission-based on orders placed in the represented territory. Some projects include a fixed retainer for launch work, trade show coverage, or market research. Terms are agreed in writing before any work begins.
Yes. A large part of our work is helping international producers enter the American market. We handle the local buyer relationships while you keep control of production and pricing.
The first engagement is typically a 90-day trial period. After that, either side can continue on a rolling agreement. We prefer to earn the relationship rather than lock a brand into a long contract.
Once the territory plan is signed, field outreach usually begins within two to three weeks. First buyer meetings typically happen within the first month.
Product specifications, current pricing, packaging details, shipping terms, and any existing account list. If some of that is missing, we will help you put it together during onboarding.
Send a short description of your product, target market, and current pricing. We reply within one business day with either a discovery call invitation or a direct answer about fit.
